We offer a 7 day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Can I return only the filter and keep the Tub?
No both the products needs to be returned together, as these tubs are designed to work with filter.
The product comes with a one (1) year warranty. To check what's included in warranty please refer to the Warranty card received with the shipment.

How long the water remains cold?
It comes with 8 layers of insulation helping to maintain the temperature with 3-4°C variations in the next 15 hours. Please ensure when not in use to cover the tub with the cover provided.
Resistant to Punctures?
It's made with durable materials, but care should be taken to avoid sharp objects.
How to Clean the Tub?
Use mild soap and water, and avoid harsh chemicals to maintain its material integrity.
Indoor or Outdoor use?
Can be used as per your connivence, just ensure there is an option to make the water available in the tub and drain it sufficiently.
Do I need to change the water after every use?
Not required, with the filter in action the water can be filtered after or before every use. The water can be re-used multiple time till you feel the need to change the water, however to ensure that tubs are maintained the tub to be emptied every 15 days.
Cover the tub whenever it’s not in use to prevent debris or other particles from falling in.
How long it takes the water to be filtered?
Around 30-35 mins should help in filtering out the water, ensure the filter pump is clean before starting the filter.
How can I clean the filter pump
Need to remove the filter from the filter pump and wash it for 2-3 minutes under clean water, filter can be washed using detergents as well. Before placing back ensure the filter is placed properly to ensure proper functionality.
