Cancellation and Replacement Policy
At Nornweave Inworks LLP (FlungeIt), we value your satisfaction and strive to make cancellations and refunds as smooth as possible. Please review our updated policy below:
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled by submitting a request within 48 hours purchase confirmation.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if an order has already been processed, shipped, or out for delivery.
Returns and Replacements
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will assess your request; if approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the product.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unless the product was received in a damaged or defective state.
Product Not as Expected
- If the product received does not match the description or your expectations, reach out to Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and work to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Refund Process
- Please note refunds shall be processed only in case if the second replacement of the product is still unsatisfactory. The team at FlungeIT shall reach out to you to understand on the same and if deemed fit, the refunds shall be processed with 15 days of replacement delivery. Please note as a customer, the refund request needs to be raised within 5 days of replacement product received.
